Montréal, March 23, 2018 – On Sunday March 25th, the Montreal Greek community will hold its annual parade to celebrate Greek Independence Day.
This year again, the leadership of the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs-Québec (CIJA-Québec) and members of the Montreal Jewish community are honoured to join our fellow Quebecers of Greek origin to mark this moment of pride in Greek history.
CIJA-Québec prides itself in its outreach efforts to the broader Quebec society and cultural communities and is especially pleased with the warm and close ties that we built over the years with the Hellenic Community of Greater Montreal.
The Greek Independence Day Parade will get under way on Sunday March 25th at 1pm on the corner of Jean-Talon W. and Hutchison in the borough of Villeray–Saint-Michel–Parc-Extension.
